“ACADÉMIE BAROQUE”, as part of Soirées Autrement at the cathedral, Sunday July 16 at 9:00 pm.

This concert closes the 32nd edition of the Académie de Musique Sacrée de la Renaissance en Pays d’Étampes. Laudine Belliard will conduct the great works of the masters of polyphony: Josquin, Victoria, Cavalli, Monteverdi, Gabrieli…
75 participants, including 10 instrumentalists (cornets, sackbut, positive organ).

 

FROM SILENCE TO MUSIC – EVERY SUNDAY / 9:00 pm The cathedral is a place for meditation and for lively music. The evening will be immersed in musical atmosphere. The artists look for places attuned to their sensibility, they pause for meditation. Far from a concert ambience, they cause the cathedral to vibrate in a different way…
