Concert by the Jugendkammerchor of the Singschule Koblenz, Monday, July 15, 5:00 pm

The Koblenz Youth Chamber Choir is well known for its musical performances at church services in the Liebfrauenkirche and its concerts in Koblenz churches. It also regularly gives concerts at various cultural institutions in the city and is involved in numerous productions at Koblenz Theater as well as musical projects and regional charity events. National choir trips, including to Berlin, Dresden, Hamburg, Leipzig and Munich, and international concert tours, most recently to Austria, Israel, Estonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Italy, Spain and France, as well as participation in major choir festivals and competitions are an integral part of a varied choral life.

The youth chamber choir has produced two CDs to date and has achieved numerous top placings at renowned choir competitions in recent years. In the 2022 regional choir competition, the youth chamber choir was delighted to receive an excellent rating in the “Youth choirs with mixed voices” category and the associated nomination for the 2023 German choir competition.
