Stained glass window of the apostles - axial chapel. Fineness of the graphics and twisting of the bark ©NDC-fonds Gaud
Stained glass window of the Good Samaritan - south side. One of the least imaginative, based on trefoil leaves - which do not exclude a real elegance ©NDC-fonds Gaud
Stained glass window of Charlemagne - north ambulatory. Rich vocabulary, variety of colors: one of the most beautiful performances of Chartres in this field ©NDC-fonds Gaud
Stained glass window of the prodigal son - north transept. Stocky trees, leaves with rounded lobes. Perhaps the most classic of the list ©NDC-fonds Gaud
Stained glass window of Joseph - north aisle. If the curious 'spiral mushroom tree' appears in some other stained glass windows (above - Charlemagne), the 'tile tree' is an originality ©NDC-fonds Gaud
Stained glass window of Noah - north aisle. The most Romanesque, obviously ©NDC-fonds Gaud
Stained glass window of Saint Andrew. The most complex compositions, which give the impression of fireworks ©NDC-fonds Gaud
Stained glass window of Saint Stephen - north ambulatory. A great variety, reminiscent of some neighboring stained glass windows: the master stained glass artist uses the ideas proposed by his colleagues... ©NDC-fonds Gaud
Stained glass window of Saint Eustace - north aisle. Details of the foliage: the grisaille work is rarely so fine ©NDC-fonds Gaud
Stained glass window of Saint Lubin - north aisle. The effects of entwined vines, original, are of an extreme graphic quality ©NDC-fonds Gaud
Stained glass window of Saint Martin - south ambulatory. Long trunks, leafy and spherical trees: the manner of the designer is characteristic ©NDC-fonds Gaud
Stained glass window of Saint Pantaleon - north ambulatory, chapel of the veil. Without doubt the most ordinary work, conforming to the stereotype ©NDC-fonds Gaud
Stained glass window of Saint Thomas - north aisle. Red / Yellow / Green trunk : a bright range ©NDC-fonds Gaud
Stained glass window of Saints Paul and Anthony, hermits - north ambulatory, next to the Belle Verrière. A remarkable creativity in the choice of colors ©NDC-fonds Gaud
