Soirées Estivales at the cathedral: 5 concerts at 9:00 pm on Thursdays, July 18 & 25; August 1st, 8 and 22

During the three-year reconstruction of the great organ., the Association of the Great Organs of Chartres continues its activities by offering the public a series of concerts showcasing the richness of vocal and instrumental repertoires, with a significant emphasis on works particularly suited to this renowned spiritual and cultural site.

This summer, the Association des grandes orgues de Chartres is organizing 5 concerts on Thursdays at 9:00 pm as part of its Soirées Estivales program.

 

July 18th: Cello Solo – Aurélie Allexandre d’Albronn (cello)

July 25th: Voice and Organ duet – Nicolas Lhoste (tenor), Marie Faucqueur (choir organ)

August 1st: Ensemble MAGNUS LIBER – Pascal Bezard (baryton-basse), Éric Gervais (tenor), Samuel Guibal (baryton-basse), Jean-Philippe Poujoulat (tenor)

August 8th: Duet Cello and Organ – Louison Crès-Debacq (cello) & Jean-Charles Gandrille (organ)

August 22nd:  Violin and Organ duet – Priscille Lachat-Sarrete (violin), Didier Seutin (choir organ)
