Looking for an idea for an outing for your children? Don’t hesitate: opt for Chartres Cathedral. The Visitor Service welcomes your children from 7 to 12 years of age – with the words and themes that interest them.
With a focus on educational encounters with the sanctuary’s treasures, these tours will educate and entertain young and old alike!

A dynamic, interactive approach to one of the world’s most beautiful buildings. A varied overview of the cathedral: architecture, stained-glass windows, sculptures…

‘Embarquez vos enfants à la cathédrale’

ORGANIZE YOUR VISIT…

All Saints’ vacations, next dates: Tuesdays, October 24 and 31.

Meeting point: store inside the cathedral, on your left as you enter through the royal portal (map here).

This visit will be cultural & fun (for all ages) – an educational booklet will be given to each child.
It will include children & accompanying family members.

From 2.45pm to 3.45pm – registration required with the Visits Department (with the possibility of welcoming children on the same day).

 

Target group: children aged 7 to 12, who must be accompanied by an adult. Please note: this tour is only available in French langage.
